To celebrate the relaunch and rebrand of Copthorne Classics as one of the UK’s foremost specialists in classic British cars, we’re offering 30% off our comprehensive four-hour engine tuning service.

The work includes a full check of the ignition system: plugs, leads, distributor cap and rotor arm, plus ignition timing and coil. We’ll also overhaul carburettors by cleaning pistons and dashpots, check float heights or clean jets on Weber units – then tune and set choke.

For OHV engines, our engineers will check and adjust valve clearances, while OHC models will be inspected and reported on. We’ll also check oil pressure with a remote gauge.

The price for this service will be £252 (including VAT), reduced from £360. Any further work recommended as a result of our inspection (only if required) will be completed at 20% discount on our standard labour rate, should you wish us to go ahead.
